
Harvested at the second spring harvest, this raw pu-er is comprised of the most famous tea plucking, two leaves and a bud. The leaves and bud are large, connected with a thick brown stem. Sweet Clarity makes an ideal choice for someone wanting to age their own tea cake. The mouthfeel is thick and rich while the flavor starts earthy, it is quickly followed by a natural long lasting sweetness (known as "hui gan"). The transparent orange liquor is quite pleasant to behold and drinks rather easily. The flavor of this pu-er holds up for many steepings.
