Store Pickup

FREE Store Pickup is available at select teahouse locations during set hours. 

In the Shopping Cart customers will have the option to select Store Pickup. When selecting Store Pickup a drop down menu will display teahouse locations available for pickup. Another drop down menu will offer date and time options. Pickup times typically allow 2 hours to prepare your order.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available to Fort Collins area codes: 80521, 80524,  80525, 80526, and 80528.

Fee: $5.00

In the Shopping Cart customers will have the option to select Local Delivery. When selecting Local Delivery customers will enter their delivery zip code to verify eligibility for local delivery. Once eligible, customers will have an option to select a delivery date and time. Happy Lucky's, LLC will do it's best to delivery within the delivery window but is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to late or untimely deliveries. Happy Lucky's, LLC reserves the right to reschedule if necessary. Zip codes outside of Fort Collins, CO. are not eligible for Local Delivery.

Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm. Orders placed before noon are typically delivered same day.

Order total must exceed $75 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversize items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges.
Most orders ship within 24 hours! Orders placed after 3pm on Friday MDT, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Why charge shipping in this online world of free shipping?

Free shipping is offered by high volume online stores with low over head and minimum orders. Our loose-lead tea is the same price for those who purchase in store or online. There is no e-commerce markup to offset free shipping. We do not increase product prices for online to cover the costs of shipping and handling.

Not all tea is created equal. For example 4oz of Earl Grey fits in a small bag and small USPS priority box while 4 oz of White Acai fits in large bag and fits in a medium USPS box. Same weight, different volume  = different shipping costs. We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
