The Honeybush plant (Cyclopia intermedia) shares many similarities with rooibos. The leaves of the bush are harvested, bruised, and left in the sun to oxidize. Brewed, our organic Honeybush produces a red-gold infusion with a sweet, bright taste and an aroma of dark berries and wildflowers. Wonderful hot or iced.
