Tea Ceremony and Gentle Yoga Class with Mason Seidling, Certified RYT-200 Yoga Teacher

When: Saturday June 15th & June 29th at 2pm MDT

Experience a unique 90-minute session that harmoniously combines a guided gong fu style tea ceremony with a gentle asana and restorative yoga class. Sign up to receive a curated selection of pure leaf Camellia sinensis tea to enjoy alongside an online live yoga session designed to ground and relax you.

Participants will deepen their sensory awareness through the tasting of pure leaf tea. By relaxing and opening up the body, you will discover how much more can be experienced in daily life, even through something as simple as a cup of tea.

Each class will feature a new selection of pure leaf tea, chosen for its subtle flavors that encourage a meditative approach to tasting. We highly recommend enjoying the tea without any sweeteners or milk to fully appreciate its delicate nuances.

Gong fu, meaning "tea with great attention or care," involves selecting one tea and brewing it in a way that highlights its evolution from steeping to steeping. As the tea rests between steeps, we will engage in a restorative yoga class designed to heal and relax the body, leaving you refreshed and energized for your daily activities. Mason will also answer any brewing questions at the start of class. 

Join us—beginners and masters alike—for this unique fusion of Yoga Asana and the art of gong fu tea ceremony. It's sure to be a delightful and enriching experience you won't want to miss.

How to sign up:

  • Choose your date(s) and select a tea box, with or without, the folding tea strainer. 
  • Each box will contain that classes featured tea, brew instructions, and a QR code to the Online Live Yoga and Tea Ceremony Class.

Recorded classes will be available after the selected tea pairing date if you miss the live session or want to re-steep in the experience.

Pure leaf tea does contain caffeine, so please be mindful if you are sensitive to caffeine.
