This is a unique Taiwanese oolong. Grown at the foot of the mountains rather than high altitude this break the general rule of "the higher the better" associated with this type of tea. Neither heavily fired nor green. The first infusion of this has a lovely floral flavor, which is mellowed by a slight charcoal roast. The following steepings unravel something that is unique to Chinese Dan Cong Oolongs, which is the long coveted "Duck Shit" flavor. This is not a tea to be missed.
