The Mushrooms:



Often referred to as the “king of medicinal mushrooms”, Chaga has been used extensively by Traditional Healers in North America, Europe and Asia for centuries. Chaga contains a complex array of bioactive compounds with significant antioxidant and immunity-supporting activities.



Improves vitality and endurance naturally by supporting respiration, oxygen delivery and ATP synthesis. Cordyceps supports aerobic endurance in athletes and research related to general vitality in senior populations gives this mushroom species broad appeal. Cordyceps is also known for its ability to increase circulation and enhance male sexual performance.



Reported in many studies to stimulate the synthesis of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), a protein that promotes the growth and normal function of nerve cells. NGF is important for cognitive and neurological health.



Revered in Traditional Medicine as the “Mushroom of Immortality”, Reishi has a variety of attributes. Reishi acts as an immune potentiator and immune modulator - helping to balance and down regulate an overactive immune system. Reishi has also been studied for its cardiovascular health benefits. Considered a “superior adaptogen”, Reishi assists in adapting to mental and physical stressors.



One of the most researched of all medicinal mushrooms for its powerful polysaccharides. The beta glucans and other nutrients found in Turkey Tail support immune health.

Mushrooms are grown full-cycle including mycelial biomass and fruitbodies which are cultured on certified organic, gluten-free, whole grain oats. The fresh mycelial biomass and fruitbodies are air-dried at controlled temperatures depending on the specific mushroom species to preserve the bioactivity of temperature-sensitive active ingredients such as proteins, amino acids and extra-cellular compounds.

The Matcha:

Matcha is a high quality, finely milled Japanese green tea powder, sometimes referred to as "the mother of all green tea." In the 12th century the Zen Priest Esai introduced the tea plant to Japan after a pilgrimage to China. Japanese Buddhists embraced the method of drinking whisked, powdered tea, even incorporating it into their traditional Chanoyu ritual. 800 years later, Zen Buddhist monks are still using Matcha green tea as a drink to simulate presence of mind, mental alertness, and a calm meditative state. Consumed today for ritual, health benefits, caffeine, or simply flavor, Matcha's invigorating effects have reached all areas of the globe. 

Matcha is derived from green Japanese tea leaves that have been shade grown for about 3 weeks before harvesting to slow growth and increase amino acids. Only the top buds (the highest quality) are carefully picked, dried and then slowly stone ground into an ultra fine, jade green powder. High quality organic matcha has the perfect balance of natural sweetness with savory (derived from the amino acid, L-theanine) and slight astringency due to the presence of natural tea Catechins.

You prepare MuChaCho the same way you make a Matcha Latté. 

MuChaCho Latté Preparation

Per 12 oz serving:
1 LEVEL tablespoon (6g) MuChaCho powder
3 oz of hot water (best below boiling ~ 180 ̊- 190 ̊)
9 oz milk of choice
Mix the powder in hot water with electric or bamboo whisk to make a slurry, suspending the powder in liquid (it does not dissolve). Warm and froth dairy and pour into the slurry, whisk again. Take a mindful moment with the tea, ask for what you need, and Enjoy!
Organic Ingredients: Matcha, Chocolate, Mushroom Blend (Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail), Ancho Chile, and Cinnamon.  Other Ingredients: Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Mushroom blend contains 250mg of each mushroom. 1250mg total per tablespoon.
