Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) is a sacred plant from India used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine and often referred to as Holy Basil. It is revered in most Indian households and considered an elixir of life, promoting one?s wellbeing. Tulsi has adaptogenic properties, which is why it's reputed to help with such a wide variety of conditions. Combining the Purple Leaf (slightly spicy and peppery flavor) and Green Leaf (mellow with earthy undertones), the blend is full-bodied, smooth, and refreshing.
