Invoking the spirit of Agni, the Hindu God of Fire, these little pearls have been infused with a unique luscious smoky flavor that you cannot find in any other green tea. Before undergoing the typical de-enzyming or "kill green" process these delicate high altitude leaves are smoked over oak wood to in fuse it with a thick smoky tang and light notes of the oak itself. Underlying this are hints of chestnut, pea, and asparagus that level off with a rich full linger in the mouth.
